USING OUR 120 CELL CSM BASE MODULE

Moving on from our Standard Modular Packs, our battery systems based on the CSM 120 module enables flexibility whilst creating a be-spoked enclosure and EDS design. Utilising advanced cell chemistry and leading-edge thermal management techniques to deliver high performance.

Cosworth Battery Management System (BMS)

Cosworth’s BMS provides all the required safety and performance related features as well as cell and module balancing, custom application layer, CAN comms between the battery, application and charger, HVIL, CCS charge control, thermal management, data logging, OTA updates, accurate SoC and SoH. 

Optimised Enclosure Using Cosworth’s wide experience of materials and processes we can design the optimised battery enclosure to meet demanding criteria such as IP rating, structural, light weighting, sustainable materials, system connectivity and interface.

Cell Formats Cosworth are cell agnostic and work with cylindrical, pouch and prismatic cell formats.

Thermal Management Methods To match application, performance and duty cycle, Cosworth offer inter-cell, thermal plate, conduit, immersive and phase change thermal management methods controlled by our BMS.

Cell Chemistry Agnostic Being agnostic allows Cosworth to offer our customers the ideal cell for any application, typical chemistries we can offer are; NCA, NMC, LFP, LTO, Solid State, mixed chemistry.
